In reading workshop, the students were busy gearing up for their upcoming reading parade.  They practiced reading Old Favorite Storybooks working to use the exact words they know to find and read some of those words on the page by looking for words that begin with the same initial letter sound.  They were also very excited to discover many of our snap words on the pages of their books!
