Students were super excited to discover an extra special gift bag that Mabel left for us! Inside of the bag was a collection of old favorite storybooks that we have been reading aloud in class including The Three Billy Goats Gruff by Paul Galdone, Mrs. Wishy-Washy by Joy Cowley, and The Carrot Seed by Ruth Krauss. The students enjoyed reading the special storybooks by practicing looking at the pictures, remembering how the story goes, and reading the story to themselves, page by page.
