So much to celebrate from another wonderful meeting with our kindergarten family! Today, the students shared objects from their homes that began with the same letter as their first names. We also reviewed our character strength of focus this week, Purpose and Connection. We talked about what they thought their purpose is in life? We listened to a fun song called "Alphabet Occupations" and read the story, Clothesline Clues to Jobs People Do. The kids then shared ideas about what they want to be when they grow up and how these jobs connect to other people. We ended our call by getting the wiggles and giggles out dancing along to a few of our favorite songs on go noodle!

Distance Learning - Staying Connected Through Zoom
So wonderful to see so many smiles! Today, students updated each other on what they've been doing during our time apart! They also shared something special to them with their classmates! We read a story together about subtraction - our math concept for the week and we ended our call by singing, "Five Little Monkeys Swinging in a Tree"!
