Our first official day of school will be Tuesday, August 27th which will be a staggered start. Students in my class with last names beginning with A-I will attend in the morning from 8:55 a.m.- 12:09 p.m., and students with last names beginning with J-Z will attend in the afternoon from 1:00 p.m - 3:58 p.m. All students will attend full days of school beginning on Wednesday, August 28th. There will be no school on Friday, August 30th and Monday, September 2nd in observance of the Labor Day holiday.
Please remember that kindergartners are asked to bring a lunch from home for the first week of school. They should also bring a healthy snack each day in a separate bag clearly labeled with their name.
Curriculum Night is scheduled for Wednesday, September 11th beginning at 5:30 p.m. This is a parent only event where we will be discussing our kindergarten curriculum along with the rules and routines of our classroom.
