Remembering How to Be Whole Body Listeners
Each and every day, we start our day reviewing the steps of being a whole body listener to get ready to learn and grow our smart muscles.
- First, use your eyes... Look at the person that's talking. π
- Second, use your ears... Get ready to hear what they say. π
- Third, use your mouth... Be nice and quiet and wait your turn to talk. π
- Fourth, use your hands... Keep them by your side and to yourself. π€
- Fifth, use your feet... Keep them on the floor, quiet and still. π¦Άπ¦Ά
- Sixth, use your body... Face the person and keep steady and still. πΊ
- Seventh, use your brain... Think about what the person is saying. π§
- Eighth, use your heart... Care what the person says. π
