We completed a directed draw in class where the students practiced using their whole body listening skills to follow the step-by-step directions to draw a school bus!

An important part of our days in JK is free choice time where students have been enjoying playing, creating, exploring, connecting, socializing, problem solving, and having so much fun!
Our new Glengary Principal, Mrs. Fawk, took time out of her busy schedule to visit our JK classroom and read the special book, The Magical Yet by Angela DiTerlizzi. The inspirational message from the story resonated with the students as they discussed the things that they cannot do quite "yet." Mrs. Fawk helped them to realize that with hard work, determination, and the help of their "magical yet", they can accomplish anything they set their minds to. 🥰
