The students had so much fun listening to the story, Howard B. Wigglebottom Learns to Listen by Howard Binkow (linked here), singing and dancing along to a listening song, playing a listening game, and making a Howard B. Wigglebottom headband to help them remember to use their listening ears and to be whole body listeners.
Our entire Glengary school community came together to celebrate the beginning of 2023-24 school year! It was so wonderful to see all of our smiling Gators! 🐊 💚
The students enjoyed listening to the stories, The King of Kindergarten and The Queen of Kindergarten by Derrick Barnes, making crowns, and transforming into kings and queens of kindergarten!
We are off to a great start! So excited to share in the magic of growing and learning together throughout this school year!
