On the morning of Monday March 23rd, Maria Dismondy, author of so many amazing children's books including Spaghetti in a Hot Dog Bun and The Jelly Donut Difference, visited Glengary Elementary! Students is grades junior kindergarten through second grade met with her in the cafeteria where she shared stories of her childhood and her journey to becoming an author. We absolutely loved listening to her read to us from her book, Buddy the Bucket Filler. It was so exciting and inspiring for the students to learn that they too can become an author like Maria Dismondy!
