The students enjoyed exploring stations with an Easter focus this week. The stations included reading number words in the book, Bunny, Bunny What Do You See? and adding the corresponding number of items to the illustrations, rolling and recording the number rolled to complete a graph to determine the number rolled most frequently, subitizing the number of items to color segments of a picture, and playing a game and then using objects to tell a story using positional concepts to explain where the bunny is located. A lot of learning and fun were on full display during these rotations!
